Finding the Best Web Host Provider

Many people struggle to find a reliable web host for their websites. You may have already searched for a host on Google and been bombarded by flashy banners and ridiculous offers. Or you might be someone that has tried countless web hosts. If your one of these people you have probably experienced terrible support, slow server speeds and your bank account being depleted slowly.

Either case makes it difficult to focus on finding a great hosting provider. Today I am going to simply explain the proper way to find a web host that fits your needs.

The first thing I do to find a web hosting provider is to look for reviews on sites such as WebHostPolice.com. Looking at real customer reviews can really tell you a lot about a business. Now there will always be a few cases where web host clients were having problems. But, it’s always obvious which hosts help their clients in the end. I suggest reading tons of reviews and cross referencing them between different sites.

Next after you have picked a few hosts to consider you want to go to their sites directly. Explore the host’s website to see if it is user friendly and most importantly easy to contact support. This is crucial because it is frustrating to wait endless hours if your having a problem with your website. Make sure the web host has a phone number that works and is open 24 hours a day. You can even check how fast there response time is by sending them a test email.

Next find out if the web hosting provider is overselling. Overselling is when a web host sells more resources then they actually have. They rely on their clients to not use all of their given resources. It is also important to check the terms and agreements before signing up. This is because many web hosts will throw in a clause that basically says you cannot use all of the resources that were given to you. General rule of thumb is ” If it looks to good to be true, IT IS!”. Stay far away from web hosting providers that offer massive amounts or even UNLIMITED resources.

If you follow my simple guide you will have a much better experience in finding a good web hosting provider that you can stay with forever.
