The Bright Yellow Moon

I wanted to paint the moon and I did.  The only problem I ran into was I did this painting in multiple sittings.  After touching and retouching I realized it made it looks worse.  I couldn’t get the shades of blue to match the older colors.  I have a few pictures to show how it looked from beginning to end.  The finished product wasn’t blended as well as I thought so it was a bit disappointing.

  1. It’s interesting to see different steps of the painting before it was finished
